Keto - Cheddar Drop Biscuits (Bread Mixx)
1 Cup of Warm Water
4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) Unsalted or Salted Butter Melted or Neutral Vegetable Oil
2 Cups (6 - 8 oz.) Sharpe Cheddar Cheese Grated
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1 ½ Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1 Bread Mixx
HEAT oven to 350°F.
LINE baking sheet pans, with parchment paper set aside.
WHISK eggs, water, melted butter in mixing bowl.
ADD Bread Mixx, and whisk until well combined, and batter is smooth.
Mix grated cheddar cheese and spices and whisk into batter, rest for 3 minutes.
DROP ¼ cup of batter onto baking sheet
BAKE for 20 minutes on center rack. Cool for 10 minutes, and remove biscuits from pan. Serve warm.
STORE in refrigerator or freeze unused portion.
