Keto – Pizza Crust (Bread Mixx)

Equipment:

Mixing Bowl, Whisk, 14” Or 12” Round Deep Dish Pizza Pan Or, 14” X 10” Recetanglar Deep Dish Pizza Pan, Spatula, Measuring Cups & Spoons, Metal Spoon

 

Ingredients

 4 Egg Whites

1 Cup of Warm Water

2 Cups (8 oz.) Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded

¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Bread Mixx

Directions

HEAT oven to 450° F.

GREASE pizza pan, set aside.

WHISK egg whites, water, olive oil and garlic powder in mixing bowl.

ADD Bread Mixx, and mix until well combined, and batter is smooth.

MIXX in mozzarella cheese. Rest batter for 3 minutes.

POUR batter into pizza pan, and spread evenly with the back of metal spoon.

BAKE for 12 minutes on upper rack. Remove crust from oven.

TOP with your favorite topping: First top with mozzarella and/or provolone cheese, then pizza sauce, pepperoni, sausage, sautéed veggies (to many raw veggies may water down your pizza pie)

BAKE for additional 20 – 25 minutes. Until top and crust is golden brown.

COOL for a few minutes.

SLICE and serve immediately.
