KETO CHEESECAKE CINNAMON BARS
Low Carb Keto Crust:
- 1 cup of It’s All in the Mixx Pancake Mix
- ½ cup of Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 3 tablespoon of Swerve
- ½ cup of Butter, melted
- ¼ tsp of salt
COMBINE all the ingredients, then mix well.
POUR mixture into an 8x8 pan and mold into the pan evenly around the edges.
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs plus 2 egg whites, whipped
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Swerve or stevia to taste
HEAT oven to 350°F
MIXX together the ingredients for the filling and pour the cheesecake mixture over top of the crust mixture.
BAKE for 35 - 40 minutes.
COOL at room temperature then refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve either cool or at room temperature.
