KETO CHEESECAKE CINNAMON BARS

Ingredients

Low Carb Keto Crust: 

  • 1 cup of It’s All in the Mixx Pancake Mix
  • ½ cup of Golden Flaxseed Meal⁠
  • 3 tablespoon of Swerve⁠
  • ½ cup of Butter, melted⁠
  • ¼ tsp of salt⁠

COMBINE all the ingredients, then mix well.⁠

POUR mixture into an 8x8 pan and mold into the pan evenly around the edges.⁠

 

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened⁠
  • 2 large eggs plus 2 egg whites, whipped⁠
  • 2 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • Swerve or stevia to taste ⁠

Baking Instructions:

HEAT oven to 350°F 

MIXX together the ingredients for the filling and pour the cheesecake mixture over top of the crust mixture.⁠

BAKE for 35 - 40 minutes.

COOL at room temperature then refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve either cool or at room temperature.⁠
