Keto – Buttery Dinner Rolls (Bread Mixx)

Equipment:

Mixing Bowl, Whisk, 12 Cup Muffin Tin, Spatula, Measuring Cups :

 

Ingredients

4 Egg Whites or ½ Cup of Liquid Eggs Whites in Carton (refrigerated)

2 Eggs Whole

1 Cup of Warm Water 

4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) Unsalted or Salted Butter Melted

1 Bread Mixx

10 Tablespoons of Butter Cold

Directions

HEAT oven to 350°F.

GREASE loaf pan, set aside.

WHISK egg whites, eggs, water, melted butter in mixing bowl.

ADD Bread Mixx, and whisk until well combined, and batter is smooth

FILL  10 individual muffin cups ½ way.

ADD 1 Tbsp of cold butter in the center of each Dinner Roll.

BAKE for 30 – 35 minutes on center rack. Until golden brown.

COOL for a few minutes. Serve warm.

STORE in refrigerator or freeze unused portion – Thaw in refrigeration.
